About us

We fight for the labour rights, social safety and career perspectives of academic employees on temporary contracts. Most of these employees have to deal with an excessive workload, a lack of transparency and voice within the organisational structure of universities, a culture of silence and cover up surrounding (sexual) misconduct and abuse of power, non-inclusive and just generally poor working conditions all over. There is a need for radical improvement.

We are of the opinion that current institutional structures, organisations, and other representational bodies do not suffice, and are not working for this group.

We want to create change by both starting local discussions with supervisors, boards and representational bodies, as well as taking action against structural exploitation and misconduct in academia.

We work as a collective to stand behind the individuals who are in too precarious situations to offer criticism, and exert external pressure to create room for change within the university.
